1. Physical Products

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  
  

• Customer must contact us first for approval and return instructions
  
  

🚫 We do not accept returns on opened or used items.

2. Digital Products

All digital products (ebooks, downloads, guides) are non-refundable due to the instant delivery nature of the content.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.

4. Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
