Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Customer must contact us first for approval and return instructions

All digital products (ebooks, downloads, guides) are non-refundable due to the instant delivery nature of the content.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
